This another concept of mine for the Black Hand, a replacement for their missing Air Tower, giving back air support capability; I have yet to give this structure a proper name (couldn't really think of an appropriate one), but for now, you can just call this the Missile Bunker.

The unique part of this concept is that it foregoes conventional aircraft for scout-drone UAVs and silo-launched missiles: by doing so, it allows the Black Hand the ability to strike anywhere on the map from a safe distance without putting valuable pilots on the line - just send the spotter UAV to find a target, then launch a missile at it to blow it up.

A note about the missiles: they are produced just like any other aircraft - buy up to four, and they'll fill their spots in the silos awaiting use.

When the Black Hand *does* need proper close-air-support, you'd need to research the Hangar Authorization upgrade at the Missile Bunker to open up the hanger - once you do so, you'll now have access to Harpy Attack Helicopters, an old throwback to Tiberian Sun, but now modernized and upgraded.

I set this system up as an easy way to fit into the Black Hand's fluff material while still being practical: my thoughts on why the Black Hand couldn't use aircraft in KW was because of paranoid Confessors refusing to allow the Black Hand's few remaining veteran pilots to fly while the Mantis Drone was in use, the Confessors fearing that the Mantis might go CABAL on them and start shooting down their own aircraft.

Nice little compromise, here, don't you think? ;)
