Hi, I'm WhiteDragon25! While I don't have the technical expertise to actually create a mod, I do have a wealth of ideas and concepts for one. You can see my mod ideas here on my profile blog, where I talk about them in detail.
I don't remember where exactly I first came across this picture, but I thought it looked freaking awesome - still do, too.
In fact, when I was brainstorming stuff for my mod project, and I was trying to think of a unit to replace the Shadow Teams for the Black Hand, a thought came to me, "Wait, what about the Elite Cadre from Tiberian Sun: Firestorm!? They'd be perfect for the Black Hand!" - and this artwork was what came to mind for how the Elite Cadre would look like.
A perfect and badass fit for them, wouldn't you agree? ;)
