I need help, i followed install instructions, got everything including update and 4gb patch installed and it gives me this message when i try and start it up

"code execution cannot proceed because d3dx9_30.dll was not found. reinstalling may fix this problem"

of course i tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling it, and still get the same message. if anyone knows how to fix it that would be great

is it just my pc or does the battle maps look really fuzzy to everyone?

can someone tell me why i cant use fireball? i bought it and put it in my spellbook but when i try to equip it nothing happens and i cant use it
