This is a great entry into the moddb. I see it as professional grade. The models, the sounds, explosions as well as the ensuing damage and the weapon effects are all top shelf. Also, the HUD is very well laid out and the action is non stop. I also see influences from twisted metal and carmageddon in this game which pleases me immensely.

I am looking forward to the following improvements.

1. More weapons, like mines and a flame thrower or napalm mortar.
2. More Cars
3. More jumps.
4. Impact Damage.

Issues I had with the game include
1. Sound cuts out on engines.
2. Too many health items on screen.
3. Car will not 'jump', it falls properly, but you cannot get air time.
4. Those tankers need to explode when you hit them.
5. Breakables are strnagely selected. Some things which should break don't, and some which shouldn't do.

Other wise, A+ (And this is coming from a guy who has played cars n guns games for 10 years, and who had wished they had dropped the bomb back in the 80s so he could be Mad Max.)

Looks awesome; can anyone say deep one? Can't wait to play.

Firearms Mod in Source Engine? I think I just wet my pants in anticipation!

This game is more fun than it should be.

If you haven't download this mod NOW! It is incredible. From the massive array of weapons, almost all with alternate fire, and the perfectly thematic rusted muscle cars, and assorted machines, I am amazed more people aren't playing this game.

For god's sake they have a gas can you can leave a trail of gas with and then light it on fire!
They have not one, but multiple motocycles!
You can drive the city bus over people while your maggots of the wasteland run spray them down with machine gun fire from roof top turrets!
And best of all? Cans of Dogfood!

All I have to say is wow - the mod is fantastic. I had played PVK when it first came out and the fun remains. Little touches like the hand animation for a knight who's hands are tired from holding the sword, and the real time fuse burning down are wonderful.

The art is fantastic, the models well done, and I love the control point maps. All around a professionally done mod.
