Hi, amazing mod and thanks a lot for the work.
The empire seems to be limited to a few planets and I have vanilla Terran in many sectors.
Is this normal ? Is there a way to change those terran by the Empire ?

Is it the download of the 1.016 on moddb ? I believe it's an older version because i have nothing of the patch update wrote on this page, and USMC still a reward faction for US Army,
