Well, first time im writing a blog here on Moddb.com!
Subject is... Crysis 2!
Since the day i tried Crysis at a friend, i've always wanted crysis for console (Since im mostly a console gamer) and the day i heard about Crysis 2, multiple platforms i just smiled.
After playing through the first levels of C2, i am impressed; Crytek still combines many tactical options that leads to one objective, even though the streets of NY are a bit crowded compared to the jungles of the first games, its still very fun to play.
Like the first games, theres still some "Predator" theme over the game, i find myself on a roof, i could either jump down and kill all the enemies (C.E.L.L Operatives) but that will alert them, making them calling for reinforcements, i decide to try it. After 3 deaths i can move on, and i see a beatiful enviroment at the same time as i see Chaos, death and other things.
Crysis 2 did really impress me, below i've wrote down some crysis 2 easter eggs that i've found through out the game;
1) The sniper DSG-1's manufacturer, is in fact a Crytek Employee, the manufacturer is called "Camarillo Solutions" and almost everyone know that one producer or similar from Crytek is called Nathan Camarillo, is'nt that a smart way to put in your name in the game?
2) On 2 of the missions you're located at wall street (The following eastereggs can be found on youtube as well) Before you travel to the Wall street church, you stand at a sniper position, close to it there are some "Real" Eastereggs beneath a bush :) On another level on Wall street you're located at a C.E.L.L command post, theres a powerbox on one of the walls, if used you can call on a elevator, with 2 happy dancers inside it :) Dancers below:
3) We've all seen Cryteks Arrow sign, with 4 different colored Arrows, well they've put the sign on (Possibly) many places, here are two of them; On some multiplayer maps, there are signs with the text "Get out and play!" on the background of these signs you can find Cryteks sign/emblem/symbol
their symbol can also be found on Almost every Civilian car in the game, the symbol is in the front of the cars.
Well thats about it, by the way C2 have received a 10/10 from me, but thats my Opinion.
Hope YOU enjoyed reading all this stuff! :)
