Anyone knows how to land the ships? I pres spacebar but it keeps flying lower.

How can you land the ships?? I press space and it keeps flying in a lower altitude.
I saw that you can shoot blast doors and destroy them in a video but I can't
I found them but the door is all black (You can open it)
