We noted out everywhere that to make NTF mod v0.1.0/0.1.1 to work you need SCP CB v1.2.2, v1.2.3 or v1.2.4. NOT the latest SCP CB version.
And that's the reason why you get 3 missing dlls. Before in SCP CB they were there. In new SCP CB they are not there.

We told many times to others in the comments, as well as in blog posts on ModDB the reasons why it takes so long. Of course some of this things that we mentioned give us a bit of procrastination, but we are trying to fight it!

I would tell it according to my measurements
You need:
at least 4 GB RAM.
2 GB of VRAM on your GPU.
700-800 MB of free space on your hard drive.

v0.2.0 would not need original game to be installed. It will be standalone.
We have that command added for some debug purposes, as well as "no reload" command ;)
Yeah, we are sorry about that.
That was caused to do lack of experience, as we didn't measured how much time each thing would take. Plus when we released the trailer - things in our lifes went down. We had many issues with mood and work concentration.
Also please keep in mind, as I mentioned, we are not well experienced. It's our first project with this scale that we do in our free time as a hobby.

We had plans to add controller support. But correctly it is not fully functional support and might not appear in v0.2.0. Maybe in next version we will finish it
You have to remember that from 2016 to 2018 we were busy with original SCP CB, and only after v1.3.11 we went back to work on NTF mod

Sadly yeah, we have to delay again. We still have many things to get finished. Plus ENDSHN got a flu and his work speed slowed down. I hope this solves out quickly.
And no, launcher will not update itself because.. There was no auto-updater at that time. Updater was added in v1.3.4 of SCP CB.
You need to have SCP CB v1.2.2, v1.2.3 or v1.2.4 for that.

By the looks of it - you are trying to use latest SCP CB version instead of v1.2.3
In Options ,in Advanced tab you have to enable the console
