Ah! Fair point, thanks for the explanation. Wasn't aware of that and it was pretty insightful. So forgive me there. Otherwise, look forward to playing this final product! Take care

Actually agree with Sinoknight a bit here. Love your work as usual, respect that the aim is realism but would've been a tab bit nice to add one or two small details to Richard here. As in the images below. A red/crusader themed overcoat above the chainmail perhaps and - maybe - a slightly more decorated war helmet. After all, he was the King. I'm sure he might've worn a uniform more befitting of his prestige on the battlefield. Not saying it has to be a peacock, but definitely noticeable if you saw him on the battle line.

Yeah, it would be cool if you can manage it. I was looking at your timeline, they rose to prominence 3 years after 1187AD. Even if it's not historically accurate, it'll be cool to have missions where players can choose to help them become a powerhouse in the region - or maybe in-game events that reference them and the political landscape they were involved in. Most would think of Assassin's Creed 1, so maybe you guys can have a couple Easter Eggs paying homage to that title? In game Armor... the stronghold of Masyaf in game... Bureau Missions in major cities (Damascus, Jerusalem, Aleppo, Antioch, Alexandria, etc.) that require a certain amount of roguery, or whatever skill point, as a prerequisite upon starting...detective mission where the player must find the assassin(s) etc. Just a couple suggestions. I'm sure you'll know what to do best.

Anyway, that's for hearing me out. Awesome work. Best of luck.

P.S. - Kings and Generals have a great historical video on them, plus others - Medieval and Crusade related. Check it out.

Is there going to be the Nizari Ismaili state (The order of the Assassins)?

Great mod, I really look forward to it!

I found these "Games Workshop - Middle Earth Strategy Game" figurines that showcase unit types that weren't fully portrayed in the movies; Variags of Khand, Elves, Orcs, Dwarves, the Mahud (Harad/Far Harad), Corsairs (Umbar), the Numenor and more - figured I'd share them here.

Hopefully you guys might be able to recreate them and add them to the game?

The Games Workshop site is down temporarily but you can find most of the images by doing a simple Google search or viewing the links below.
