I found the solution to the issue just use ZDL to manage it, here is the load order I put it as:
brutalv21.pk3
bd21.0.3patch.pk3
bd21_xvme1.3.1_respawner_TPR_(patch21.0.3).pk3
bd21_xvme1.3.1_TPR_(patch21.0.3).pk3
bd21_xvme1.3.1_respawner_TPR_(patch21.0.3) - Doom1.pk3
DualSSG.pk3
