Ok everyone, found the solution: I've done a couple things that I thought were in conflict with the mod and it actually worked :D.
1)Deleted all my custom heroes
2)Deleted all my custom maps (I've just moved them elsewhere, but not in the game files)
3)Deleted all the skirmish files in saves (The skirmish that I saved during the gameplay)
4)Changed the faction to Isengard (because this faction is in the mod)

I have installed lotr bfme 2, 1.0.6 patch, lotr bfme rotwk 2.02 v8 patch some time ago, so I've already done the option.ini thing... Now, I've installed the mod successfuly but i have the same problem as this guy, i get stuck in the loading screen... dunno what to do. (I saw that, if i go to the rotwk folder i can see DMP files that are related to these "crashes", but I don't know what to do with them) Thx.
