some textures and models missing, help

hi, so I tried playing day of defeat with these bots, and for some reason, they won't spawn, like they ARE joining, they are just dead, and won't respawn

hey, I just downloaded this, and the patch, and I'm at this part where there's a vent, and I need to get through it, the problem is; I can't crouch. How do I fix this?
