Simply put, a Chinese shitpost mod, and not a good one imo. Don't expect a serious war situation in here.

This mod also seems to be based on the now-removed "Wonderful Garden" mod, which was also another Chinese shitpost mod.

This mod is one big fat joke. But guess what, I ain't laughing. This mod ain't worth 1.2 GB for people who aren't looking for terrible memes and a ****-ton of degenerate blatant anime references in a C&C mod.

This mod does not feel like it has improved since it got removed off of ModDB for stealing assets for a long time. I'm very disappointed to see that the creator didn't listen to my criticism and suggestions to improve the mod. This mod is not worth 1.8 GB of your file space and your internet.

(Honest review)
This is a great looking TD remake but with immersion-ruining anime degeneracy. I'm an atheist, but this is definitely hell, as the creator said to normal people like me.

Considering there's the TS Another World mod, the MLP AI mod, and now this (along with other mods that focus too much on the weird ****), I'm starting to believe degeneracy is corrupting the C&C modding scene.

Fun fact: The creator posted their civilian buildings as public assets in the PPM Forums.

RA2 Yuri Chayo Mod

Mod review

I'll give this mod a fair spin unlike the others. This mod is indeed bad as the others say, and I'll tell you why.

This mod has a lot of versions for some reason. All versions use a modding extension or multiple. (I've tried the "All Extreme" version.) In-game there are 3 new sub-factions and 1 new faction. For the subfactions, they're all seem to be clones of the 3 og factions but they can build the "Robotar". This unit is basically the Avatar from C&C3; that uses a silent prism weapon. It's pretty good against infantry and structures. The unit's visuals are ugly. It being a voxel walker already makes it bad as it doesn't cast shadows.

The 3 factions can build an upgrade to their power plants and a "Battle MCV". All versions of the Battle MCV are armed with a Prism Tank-like weapon, and for most versions of the Battle MCV, when they Deploy, they become an invisible, invincible, 1-tiled structure that can only be erased by Chrono Legionnaires. Yuri's Army can also train darker looking dogs. Oh, almost forgot to mention, the Allied engineer's icon is missing.

Now let's look at the "Chayo Omnivore" faction. When you play as the faction with starting units, you'll see 3 things. An ugly looking MCV with badly made normals, Ugly hover tanks (They're called Conquer Tanks), and SEAL looking infantry with different colors. The faction seems to unfinished and stuck at tier 1. The Chayo Omnivore structures look like public assets of remade Allied structures. Now, where are the credits for most of this mod's assets? The Chayo infantry's icon looks like Master Chief from Halo (lol. I should also mention the Chayo infantry can swim.), and the Chayo Naval Yard has nothing.

The Chayo war factory? Oh boy. First, it doesn't have a build-up animation (can still be sold though.) Second, it provides you with all MCVs from the 3 factions, and a lot of versions of the Chayo MCV. This ranges from normal, Battle, Burrow (This mod doesn't seem to change the burrow sounds, as RA2 uses the Nuke siren sound as placeholder for the burrow sounds.), Chrono (doesn't work), flying, robot (The robot version is a modified TS Mammoth MK2 with bits of the Chayo MCV on it.), Mirage (they're actually cloaked, and only cloaked when not moving.), to Crush.

Overall: The Chayo mod is a badly developed mod with a tiny amount of content by a newbie modder, and it looks like the modder is trying to get this mod popular. Word of advice from me: You should archive your mod until you learned more about modding and get a good artist or 2.

GTA: Liberty City

EDIT: Changed rating to 4 because I found out that this is an unofficial copy of the mod. The mod's official site is here: Gtaforums.com I'll still keep my bug reports though.

This mod did a good job on porting GTA3 to Vice City's RenderWare engine. It ported almost everything and you get Vice City features such as a map feature, bailing out of vehicles, bikes, breaking vehicles with melee weapons, and more, making this mod better than GTA3! There are some bugs though.

This copied mod is stand-alone (which is probably illegal), and whoever copied the mod forgot to change the readme file which still says the mod needs GTA VC and GTA3.
Mod doesn't have its own opening intro (which is probably why it has opening intros of all GTA games in the files section)
Not all Vice City sounds are replaced (such as some UI sounds)
Characters in cutscenes have no lip syncing and their necks are weird
The mission 'I scream, you scream' is harder because the ice cream truck that's scripted to appear lacks its melody for some reason, so you have to find a randomly spawned ice cream truck because they already have their melody playing
Some cutscenes have strange glitchy sounds
Accidental mega jumping is still a bug
Since this is a Vice City mod, there are weapon categories which means you can't have all weapons.
You walk slowly when you start walking with an assault rifle
Claude holds the AK-47 with one hand when moving
Crouching changes the firing rate of some weapons.
Sniper rifles in this copied version of the mod don't work unlike in the official version of the mod. My theory is the mod accidentally activated an anti-piracy measure that made sniper rifles useless.
M16 fires slower in first-person compared to the one in GTA3
99% save file doesn't work when you have the frame limiter turned off.
Claude T-poses when firing the VC chrome shotgun while standing
I suggest giving cops nightsticks since this weapon is unused in GTA3.
Remove bikes. I know you might not like it but there's an official source that confirms bikes are illegal in GTA3.
