I looked at the dds source file, the author didn't change anything there, so just don't put anything for BaS, the textures inside the mod just got outdated during this time.

Как установить мод:
1)Распакуйте архив.
2)Откройте папку, в которой лежат несколько папок (16x10...Anomaly tact...old pso1...)
3)Перекиньте в эту папку папку Bas adaptation
4)Выделите все папки и заархивируйте в 1 архив
5)Установите через MO2

How to install the mod:
1) Unzip the archive.
2)Open the folder containing several folders (16x10...Anomaly tact...old pso1...)
3) Drop the Bas adaptation folder into this folder
4) Select all folders and archive into one archive
5) Install via MO2
