So is the great war/ww1 era of the mod gonna remain in scenarios or will you be able to play it in skirmishes and in multiplayer?

It appears that the situation from this video was made in the scenario editor but it's an old video which leads me to ask if it is staying in the editor permanently. I'm really not up to date on the development of this mod.

in the bin do i copy everything into the wars of liberty folder?
also when do i install wars of liberty itsself do i do it before i copy the files or after?
