The timeline of WW3 (Timeline452 version) should be around 1990 until 1995 or 1997, right?

But will each faction have its own unique features? I have an idea for example.

United States: Add Drones on vehicles and ships. & When an air unit is destroyed, a pilot will emerge when the opportunity arises, and the pilot can enter vehicles to increase Veterancy.

Soviet: Distribution Mode can speed up unit production by the Tesla Reactor's range faster but will also deal damage to surrounding buildings over time. (By pressing the Tesla Reactor 2 Time, distribution mode will be activated immediately. But if you want to turn off the spread mode, just press the Tesla Reactor 2 Time as before.) & Plan you can use one of 3 battle plans to improve unit features and production such as.
Martial Plan: All units have increased attack speed and increased resistance to weapons against all units of that type.
Logistics Plan: Increases the War Miner's movement speed and Reduce cost of infantry units. (Because Industrial Plant cannot reduce cost of infantry units)
Security Plan: Increased Speed of Heal & Repair and increase the visibility radius of the radar.
(Soviet's Unique Features inspired by the game Tempest Rising)

Japan: Some units can transform without needing an airfield (such as Mecha Tengu/Jet Tengu, Striker VX/Chopper VX & Sea-Wing/Sky-Wing), and all units have plasma shields. which is the HP of the shield like the Protoss faction in Starcraft

Germany: One infantry unit can enter certain tanks to increase the tank's combat effectiveness. & When a vehicle is destroyed, one infantry unit will be removed from the vehicle (2 with infantry that enters the tank) when there is an opportunity

Arab: Infantry units can gain stealth when standing still. & after every building is destroyed, a hole will come out. There is a way to turn a hole into a building by using an engineer to enter the hole. One person can become a building. (But be careful of enemy engineers as well)

China: Add minefield around Buildings & can be buffed when there are 5 or more infantry units or vehicles nearby, but if there are less than 5 units onwards, the buff will be lost.

Europe: Install special fences next to buildings. (not including defense buildings) to protect enemy engineers & battlegroups, it can be a support power to call for reinforcements Each battle group has different types of units. Units are different and can only be selected. Once selected, the cooldown is the same and lasts approximately 4-5 minutes.

NWO: When the building is finished. (not including defense buildings) will create a blight area that when infantry units step on it will heal infantry and other things depending on the creator of this mod and when Dead infantry units have skeletal corpses in Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge, while units can turn corpses into living skeletons like the undead in Warcraft 3.

The reason for the disband the Allied Nations was the Psychic Dominator Disaster was ended. (in the Yuri's Revenge timeline), just like World War I and II in the real historical timeline.
