I am working on a small Revamp addon to add AI support for all custom units that the AI did not use (SCU's, shredder unit cannon, novax sattelite, yolona oss experimental nuke), as well as Aeon naval factory without the Warp Pillars mod.
In the event you only attempted to start games after installing the mod, I will go ahead and suggest a clean reinstallation of the game and attempting to start it without installing the mod. However I do suppose you already tried something like that :P
Hmm, This unit sounds more cybran than aeon. Like a drone carrier gunship? I like the Idea, I would think of it as a heavy T3 air unit for cybrans. What do you think of that? Take as example the protoss carrier in Starcraft 2. I dont know what the others think of it though. If someone in the team is willing to model it, I think it would make a nice addition to the cybran air. What do you think, OvR, Avi and Leo?
I dont think the ahwassa is in anymore. We might just have an XP bomber though, who knows. Balance will be taken cared of during beta

yeah something's wrong with the mod manager... got a couple of friends with that problem I dont quite know what it is..
I dont quite get everything your saying, but did you extract only the mod manager exe file? If so you need to extract the whole zip or open the mod manager from in the zip and it should work.
the game of course, but not the computer in general :P
The mod is somewhat of a dlc, and that doesent slow down your computer. So a dlc wont slow it down either, here's another card to play
I like em too, but they Fit FA's serious graphic style, not SC2's IMO

As OvR said earlier, we will probably not be fixing the bugs in 1.05, however they are fixed in 1.2, and we are working towards the beta.

Illuminate naval might not be working in 1.05, its not working for me, but I am looking into it and will get it fixed. I believe it is trying to build the 1.2 naval factory instead of building the classic 1.05 naval factory, but cant, because the 1.2 fac is not in 1.05 files. Will update soon

Revamp map pack available in addons section, Naval units will be added later in beta I believe :)
I would recommend verifying the integrety of the game cache on steam and reinstalling the mod.
