я не разбираюсь в гамме, если это какой то модпак который ты врубаешь через МО то да, ты должен его выключить, и также выключить другие аддоны что связаны с озвучкой или написаны на Voiced Actor Frame Work

по поводу работы - аддон добавляет фразы берца из Таркова которые проигрываются при геймплей ситуациях - клин оружия, бросок гранаты(если ты в отряде), перезарядка(если ты в отряде) и другие, также заменяет крики боли, смерти и звуки утомления
ну и на клавишу B можно поорать что нибудь врагу, ну или же просто поспамить лол
