Hey so I'm playing galactic conquest and whenever I use the Death Star 2, it freezes my game and I have to restart my computer. Is this something on my end or is it a bug?

hi I just wanted to ask if anyone knows how to 1: increase pop cap and 2: increase the starting credit amount. these are both for skirmish because I would love to play as the empire and not get ran down by the rebels since money don't come in too fast

So I've downloaded the files for this mod and it hasn't been able to run on my laptop probably because I have tried downloading it multiple times. My problem though is that when I try to delete the files for the mod, it says I don't have the permissions to delete them or anything, I can't even look at the properties. I'm not using a standard user account either, I'm using an administrator account so can I get some much needed help plz
