Well, I faced a few bugs too, one of them making me absolutely impervious to all damage, ennemies just swing through me as if I were a ghost of some sort, though I still get knocked down by shield bashes and cavalry charges. It happened during a siege in southern France.
There also is the problem of the border incident retaliation quest which is impossible to complete...
I'll give more intel as I play.
I just removed it, but there is still the weird symbols bug, anything I can do?
Nevermind, I fixed it by removing the "font.dds" file from the textures folder!
Edit: Now that I can play your mod, I love you both, the mod, and the developper. I also have the bug of the tavern scene with all the townspeople sitting in the floor, in 2 paralel lines though, I'm in Jelkala.

When I export the mod, it tells me the files are damaged.
Then, when I launch the mod, all the text is replaced with weird symbols, could it be because I'm currently on a mac?
I have a question, I read that horses (and thus horsemen I suppose) will be deadly, does it mean they will cost much more than infantry, as to not make cav-only armies overpowered?
I mean, will a light horseman cost at least 50-60 denars?
