Nice update, very interesting mechanic and synergies for both Uruk Heroes it really fits both parts of the 1st and 2nd movies in the "Find the halflings" and "They've picked up our trail" times.

People are also only humans, but there are people who get anxious and spout some things they shouldn't, but this update surely has calmed and cleared the mind of such people, i hope.

I for one love the first BFME game and its campaign, but not so much the second game. I still remember the first time i came accross Edain xD, it was all in german but i didn't give a damn, i was so hyped because i could feel the innovation of all the big and little ideas implemented in Edain, the passion and care of so many details, and the huge amount of work you guys had (both sweat and sometimes headaches during development, as well joy and accomplishement for a job well done).

By all that you hold dear on this good Earth, I bid you don't give up on what you like to do, don't give up on Edain and if possible don't give up on us. There are no expectations, just a fool's hope.

And please enjoy every little time of your lives, be it with family, friends or modding. Don't rush the mod, release it when its ready.

This is absolutely amazing, just have 1 question, can Edain mod 4.0 be voted for mod of the year even though it's not ready? And also as important, last version wasn't War Of The Ring playable, can you ever so please make it playable? I know it's quite the request, but if someone can do it is you Edain Team, i'll wait for it as much as it's needed :P but really want to do WOR with this mod.

Another great update as always. Was just wondering about one thing, on bfme there were no stances (which was awesome, since Gandalf had 1 more power - Leadership) and the units behaved well. Didn't like that defend thing, since they never attacked on sight, they 1st went head on to the enemy (therefore suffering more damage), while if you just placed them there they would attack more effectively. On BFME2 came the stances (which made Gandalf lose his leadership) and they weren't any good, if you wanted rangers stationary but attacking on sight, defensive stance made statues out of them, or neutral stance would make them attack on sight but chase the other units if out of reach (if the other player exploited this, he would lure the rangers a bit to trample them), and the aggressive stance made them chase the other units all over the map.
So, basically the question is, how is our unit's A.I. gonna be handled? Will we still have stances, or will it be like BFME 1, where we place them and they know what to do? Also will we have batallion/horde-combination? That was one of the coolest features ever on BFME.

Regardless, it's been great thus far, keep up the good work ;) really want to play this ^^
