Hey there, came across this after watching your videos on youtube :) I really like these ideas. I am also quite curious about the Subuwari Kingdom, will you, if you find some artists, consider giving them some unique, central African inspired clothing and weapons in addition to their current Aserai equipment? I am always a sucker for those kinds of aesthetics

Awesome work! The concept art looks gorgeous, the music sounds amazing and the troop trees look very ambitious. Are there any plans for architecture development? I can imagine maybe some vanilla assets can be re purposed/adapted for some of the human settlements, especially the villages but for the cities I imagine you'll need a lot of custom assets and planning ahead of time. Are there also enough villages and cities described/mentioned in lore to fill up the map or are you making some up as well?

Looks amazing, love the map aesthetic. Some minor footnotes though, on the right is the Adendadian Dessert, a dessert is something you eat after dinner, I think you mean a desert (one s)? Also, is it written 'the Imerial domain' or 'The Imperial domain'? (maybe there's a faction called the Imerials?)

How will 'factions' such as the Ents, ghosts, etc. work? will they have their own kingdoms with lords etc (which sounds a bit silly) or will they be minor factions like bandits attacking parties who it makes sense for them not to like (for example, Ents attack orcs but leave elves alone)? And will they be recruitable or are not? (I can't imagine an Ent fighting alongside an army tbh)

I love how smooth all the armor pieces are and how well they all fit together, great job! And the helmet design looks great as well!
