Should work okay in Sven Co-op. We support a lot of functionality which makes porting HLSP missions easy.

You're welcome to create your own game, but you can not use Sven Co-op in the title. Please change your game's name, thanks.
Yep. I've been on the team since 2000 :)
Sven Viking is still around as well, though he's not as involved as he used to be.
I still remember photoshopping SC 3.0's background image.
Hopefully you guys will like Sven Co-op 5.0 to the point where 3.0 is no longer requested!
There are many updates planned after the initial Steam release. This is just phase one.
You can do this in v5.0.
We've converted each level to operate for Co-op play. As far as I know, the Blue Shift version of the Half-Life engine is somewhat outdated.
We're pretty happy with how Blue Shift is running on Sven Co-op.
I recommend you post some details about your issue on our forums:

We were pushing to release v4.7 in February. Unfortunately, a bunch of stuff came down the pipe. We're also working on upgrading the tech behind the game.
We're working pretty hard to improve the game. There will be speed bumps along the way but that's progress.
A lot of stuff is being worked on - hold onto your butts.
As explained in the news post, we're working on v5.0 now.
Gee, nice job ripping off the Sven Co-op weapon models.
There's actually a lot of new content in this release. It wouldn't have made sense to release a patch.
Yes, this has been fixed.
Here's an excerpt from the change log:
"Fixed FMOD initialization error 79 when attempting to use too many input channels for the sound card (fall back chain: 7.1, 5.1, Surround (4.1), Quad, ProLogic/ProLogic II (5.1 encoded over Stereo), Stereo, then Mono)"
