I would say "France" or "UK", but I don't know if you'd catch the joke, so I'll just say why I think this is a good option.

I think you could fit a country other than China here, because China is not really a communist state. I mean, it is in the name, but the economy is capitalist. And I think that both in the game and in real world Russia and USA would struggle to get China on their side - it's big and strong, but I highly doubt it will be leading a huge alliance, because countries are already used to Russian/American influence and would much more likely just hop on one side or the other, not shift their interest into China. And I don't really see China being a rival to Russia, they're very friendly towards each other.

And it makes sense for the US to have a target to avenge 9/11 on, so a islamist nation would make sense as a faction leader.

Could you swap China/Russia with an Islamic nation, please?
