Got this game for free from the EGS a while back, and had an absolute blast with it. Carries forward the spirit of Nightmare House 2 and other classic Source horror mods perfectly, while bringing in all kinds of quality of life improvements and polish. Without a doubt, one of the most underrated games of last year, and one anyone who's ever been invested in the Source modding community should definitely pick up.

Using the dialogue changes version for my friend and I’s first-ever playthrough, and it’s been working fantastically! So glad that something like this came along, and gave our easily distracted-selves some assurance that we’ll actually be able to stick with this game ‘til the end!

In lieu of a long-winded review explaining why every aspect of this game is deserving of praise, let me just say this: any fan of horror games, FPS games, and truly inspired concepts in gaming needs to play this mod. It's one of the best experiences I've ever had with a single player title, hands down. I would go so far as to say that this would be worthy of a $60 price tag if the creator were asking any money for it.

Seriously - just play it. It's more than worthy of your time. I can pretty much guarantee that you'll be completely blown away by it.
