Either Pick Icon Override, Or DLTX Method ( If you've Installed DLTX Yourself ) and Select the BaS Patch if you use that as it adds additional ammos. doesn't require much description

This is already included in stealth addon, what did you even merge? compare the stalker.ltx from death animations and stealth again and you'll find the entire section for death animations already in stealth
starting at line 532 since you missed that your first pass

Ah I apologize, after glancing at your addon I see that its just a direct copy of the stalker.ltx currently in stealth, with two values lowered. maybe upload the rest of your tweaks while your at it.

Hello, I was checking this addon out and had an idea, wanted to share
what if instead of a wheelbarrow it was a backpack, to seperate not backpack inventory and make the player remove the backpack to add items to it. if possible, could remove the weight bonus but add a weight penalty to regular inventory to incentivize using backpacks

It relates to it in the sense that they both are ammo icon replacements, beyond that it is a matter of preference.

in my opinion,
The sounds added on crouch and lean are cool for a few seconds, but they are a bit much especially in the case of leaning.
Its been best to holster weapons when crawling as most of them flip backwards, and the knife is through my hand :p

I was able to fix this by using gimp to "Mirror" S. This was for the ALT Nato (white) option in my case. Absolutely great addon otherwise!

Hey, I love the Icon pack. I use this alongside EFT Medical Item Overhaul, without using your icon_equipment.dds, which adds more Icons to the game. How would I go about making a compatibility patch for this if I may ask? I placed the new Icons in your icon_equipment.dds but It borked things, so I assume I am missing steps :)
