Sorry for my late response! I’m very happy that you found some sort of entertainment from my monstrosity of a mod. The Afterlife Club is more bonus filler content LOL but was also meant to act as a sort of starting point for a custom campaign in the weird cityscape of afterlife itself and as such I didn’t put much effort into making a cool level end-point other than just exiting the place through the main entrance.
As for any similar mods from me in the future? I have been thinking for a while about it, whether I should make a sequel to it in the form of a mod for another game (System Shock 2 was one idea, although weapon modding doesn’t seem to be possible in it) or if I should go through with my afterlife idea or maybe something else entirely. I got pretty sick in the end going through all the audio and texture assets in the vanilla FEAR campaign just to mutate it into GoeMonsoon LOL so I think I will just re-learn how to use WorldEdit to make levels from scratch if/when I decide to mod FEAR again.
I truly appreciate your comment! Hopefully I was able to provide a decent enough answer.

I'm just a (seemingly) normal person who always strives to strike the perfect balance between being unhinged but also not being a prick to people based on either ethnicity, religion, age, nationality, sex, personal identity, choice (or lack) of relationship(s) etc. If you think I might have f*cked up in this regard please let me know how. Please keep in mind that the plots, characters, harsh language etc. in my mods are not a reflection of how I am as a person or how I treat other people in real-life. The origin story of me modding: I used to replace SFX in games like Half-Life 1/2 and Counter-Strike for giggles. I'm a big fan of absurdity and I usually end up modding games that take themselves a little too seriously in tone because I find it funny.
