Thank you so much for your help, but luckily after the 5th download it sorted itself out, but thanks anyway:)

Whenever I download this it isn't actually an application file which I can open and run, it is "1[1] File" type according to my computer (which is windows) and I can't open it no matter what I do. Please help?

You could use Romania, as they fought on both sides during the period between '44-'45. You could use Serbia as Hungary controlled a bit of Serbia after the Axis conquered Yugoslavia; if fact I suppose there were SS units made up of all nationalities in the Balkans. Greece is another option I suppose, but they weren't really allowed an armed force after the Axis takeover however there might have been pro-Axis Greeks who fought. However the only countries who had troops in the siege of Budapest were Hungary and Germany (the Wehrmacht and SS).
