Go to your game library, right click on CK2 and go to Properties, then the Beta tab, then choose a 2.2.x version, it will then revert your game, may take a few minutes. Make sure you also disable WoL + CM if it still doesn't work

You have installed the mod incorrectly, please follow these instructions:
1/ Delete the old version of your mod and it's cache from "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusaders Kings II/mod/MiddleEarthProject Beta" and "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusaders Kings II/MiddleEarthProject" and
2/ Download the mod, and open the .rar file with Winrar or any similar software.
3/ Extract all the files in the archive directly to your "Documents/Paradox Interactive/Crusader Kings 2/mod" directory.
4/ Launch the game, select the mod and enjoy!
I have made a few changes, but I'm not sure which provinces you refer to specifically, e.g. in Mirkwood

You need to do so in order for this mod to work, it is not compatible with the latest DLC/patch, we are working on an update.

We are working on a new release but we have only a few team members and not much time to work on the mod, a release won't come anytime soon.

We'll try to include as much as we can. Considering it's taken two years to get to this current state I don't think you'll see First Age for a long time

We haven't tested for compatibility with Ruler Designer or other customiser DLCs I'm afraid

Also, try launching vanilla and making sure the tutorial popup on main menu has box ticked 'Do not show this again', then try and launch with mod

It should work on mac, although you may need to change the file directories '/'s to '\'s
The current map is the most complete in terms of lore, with lots of variety and information, while most of the rest of Arda is not canon, and will be mostly made up. As a result I don't think we will be expanding the map to the rest of Arda any time soon.
However, we are working on a First Age Beleriand mod already, and once the Third Age is in stable state with the newest CK2 version we will be able to work on it again.

Ents will definitely get their own buildings at some point.
