Thanks! Will do!
Thanks! Yes it is my first game on Steam and it is very exciting :) I will try to get Fortify SE on greenlight soon. Let's hope it does well there.
Thank you! I'm glad you enjoyed it :)
Thank you! Yes it has been a loong time! :)
Actually it wasn't when he commented. :) But yes, it is now!

No you might be disappointed with that one. That is the original game. :)
If you have the game you should be able to click the "downloads" to the right and download the game. If not you can download the demo here: Indiedb.com
Just click the (small) link in the text that says "download direct". Hope that fixes your problem. Let me know
Sorry for the late reply. Have you tried downloading the standalone version and not run it through Desura?
Thank you for the feedback, I really appreciate it. I hope you enjoy the game, hopefully I'll be able to add some features you mentioned. See you on the leaderboards ;)
Yes, the shadows do require some extra power. I have found that they slow the game quite a bit on laptops but I never had any problems on any desktop computer. At least there is an option to turn them off or reducing the quality.
I'll have to give you the same answer as jordanrw8 below. "If you are asking for a key to review it here by giving it a rating here on Desura I would have to decline, or I'd have to give out keys to pretty much anyone. If you write reviews for a different site however that's a different story."

The shadows do require quite a bit of processing power. I'd recommend playing on a desktop. Turning off shadows will most likely help with performance, to anyone wondering if it's playable for you - try the free demo. :)
Hope you enjoy!
There are lots of differences.
-New Interface and controls
-Real-time shadows
-Save games
-Arcade and multiplayer modes
-Achievements
-Able to move many units at once instead of just one.
And many more like balance changes and bug fixes
Sorry, but I decided to make an updated version of Fortify I first. After that we'll see how Fortify II progresses. I feel like I want to make a smaller project over the summer and I still need to work and/or study. I'm sadly only doing this in my spare time. Thanks for the support though, it really helps :)
Thanks! There's not very much to show right now. There will be more news in the coming days and weeks! Hope you come back for more :)
Thanks for the comment. I have never played tzar, but stronghold is an old favorite of mine. I'll probably get some inspiration from there.
At this point no. Since the entire mobile game is designed for mobile devices, with different mechanics and controls, it's hard to "port" just the levels since they are designed for these new mechanics. It would be possible to add the mobile game simply as a separate application for the PC though, but controls would not feel optimized and the different mechanics would probably be confusing.
What resolution are you playing in? Try increasing the resolution. It's designed for 1280x720. There can be some issues if playing on a lower resolution. If you are playing in windowed mode, you should be able to resize the window, that could also help.
Thanks! That makes me happy! :) Keep watching here & twitter for updates on the Android and iOS versions. :)
The issue with the database has been resolved! The game should no longer freeze when trying to use online stuff.
Thanks for reporting the issue! Enjoy!
Yeah, there is something wrong with the database connection, I can't seem to find the issue. If you start it while offline it will start. Really sorry about that!
Is it possible for you to change the resolution to 1280x720? That is the resolution the game is designed for. If not, then I'm afraid there isn't much you can do about it at the moment. I'll try to get a fix for this is the next update, but if you play at a lower resolution than it was designed for, the text might still be small and distorted.
Thanks for playing!
I've had this problem before! I think you need to update your video card drivers. That fixed it for me. Let me know how it goes!
No, the editor is limited to the normal planet size. :(
Thank you very much, I hope you will enjoy it! :)
Hello!
Glad you tried it. If your resolution is less than the games normal 1024x768 you might need to enter windowed mode (F4) and then resize the game window to fit your screen. That is why you can't see the entire screen.
Since you can't see the bottom portion of the game, you are unable to click "next" on the portrait talking to you. That's probably why you can't dig.
Sorry about that, hope it works after you change the window size.
Holgersson Entertainment.
PS. Pls let me know if it works, if not I might need to make some changes. Thanks!
Really nice report. Looking forward to more in the coming days.
