I've managed to tweak the 0.71 version to work on a very old PC (Athlon xp 2200+, 1gb ram, radeon 9550xt -128 vram)!
Q1. Does the 0.74 full version contain any graphical improvements (or any other improvements that can increase the load on my system)?
Q2. Are there any low resolution textures for this mod, or patches that remove some features of the mod or revert them to native like "http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?topic=148144.0" - "Removing or changing Mods from the pack" ?

Will you make a low resolution version?

Can you make a version of this mod for low end pc's like gameplay essentials without the improved graphics(all new items, factions, sounds, etc... and native flora, particles, interiors ...)?
