Try starting the game as administrator if you haven't yet. I don't remember doing so in case of M&B but some games do crash if I start them normally.

The price of raw materials is based on the amount of them at the moment so keep that in mind and if needed observe the town a bit to see what is usually present Use the raws that will be cheaper and if you want, tell them to store goods and sell them yourself.

Well considering that the defenders have to protect castle/town with let's say 200 soldiers against even 1000 enemies, making siege weapons more efficient would just be granting advantage to the attackers and I don't think that would be a good idea. But I may be alone in this. :D

2.2 is full version and you shouldn't need any previous files. I have never encountered the problem so I don't know the solution, sorry. Just one idea. Make sure you didn't unintentionally drop it to the wrong folder. Anyway 2.2 is not a patch.

It is meant to be this way. The system was changed and factions such as House Targaryen or Free folk do not automatically receive fiefs anymore.

Unfortunately it seems like Cozur does not have any intentions of disabling it, but I think I have read that it will be less destructive in the future.
