Then the patch didn't install correctly. In game click community then custom game and select xpack and see if it will run. if it does you're all set

The item index of c4 doesn't match that of the knife, the knifes itemindex is 1 and c4 is (i think) 5 or six so you would have to replace the weapon in the construction kit that has the same item index as c4.
