Cool! I see the code is under MIT license(?). What about art assets (3d, 2d, sounds, music, level geometry...?) Any chance something is under licenses that allow sharing some of it on Opengameart.org for example?

Cool to randomly see OGA art in a game on IndieDB!
Wowsers.. who makes these awesome figurines for you? (Is there a blog post abotu that already perhaps? :) )
You could put it on OpenGameArt.org :)
I very much like all the visuals in the game. Is there a list of all artists and websites where you got the stuff from?
Cheers
1. Pretty
2. Crashes a bit on Linux (thanks for providing it for Linux though!)
3. Colorful and the music seems rather 'happy' - on the other hand one of your talk options is "what the hell" and the first NPC says that snakes "raped", which seems very violent for the visual/music setting and also seems nonsensical (unless snakes are not like real life snakes in this game)
4. The NPC's canine should say something :)
5. Not being to jump on the fire feels awkward (invisiblewallsitis)
I wish you success in the further development!
heh, you're faster to report about our 0.5 release than we are!
LWJGL? Why no web-playable version? :)
Great to hear! Thanks for letting us know.
About missing libstdc++-6.dll on Windows: A fix is in the works. For now you can download the dll for example from Box.net and unzip it to the nikki\ directory. Sorry about that.
/me facepalms. Thanks for this reminder.. :)
Thanks a lot for letting us know!
This actually worked on my Arch Linux 64bit, I'm surprised! :)
I saw info about H3rd before but was put off by the graphics and the grass texture really is not pretty.
I kind of like the controls though and the switching between sidescrolling/3d.
The jumps in 3d are very hard though. Please enable the mousewheel to zoom out, so I can put it as if it was a sidescrolling sequence. I can jump better then.
Health drops should drop perhaps. at least the ones of the flying enemies?
Why is it called "Helena the 3rd"? It probably was explained somewhere else....
Good luck with your project and with breaking into the industry! ;)
Seems to work now :)
The level "Price On Your Head", right? I can't see anything on the forums, only the email you sent. :)
Results in 10 days approximately. Just finished writing an announcement (indieDB will take a while to publish it but you can see it on our blog)
XD thanks(?)/sorry(?)
I wonder, is it equal or worse in the tutorial video? I think I was less accent-careful this time.
by changing the layer distance to 0 in the layer menu
Quite pretty! The grass texture has visible patterns though ;)
Very nice looking design!
I must say that looking at the small screenshots, the low one looks most playable (easy to see, understand and analyze the entire scene)
Looks fun.... Quarantine + Warsow + UT it would seem. Oh. And Portal Voices :)
This looks very pretty, although I was not able to run it on 64bit linux Ompldr.org
Where is that stone texture from? Reminds me of some texture generator output :)
Heh, I was sure this is a tower defense game when I saw the ad/screenshot. :)
I prefer to play games on Linux (without using Wine) btw.
@eeswim247 the downloadable on indieDB isn't updated yet (I'm on it! :) ), can you run the in-game updater?
The controls can be changed in the new version.
Does the "won't stop running" problem persist?
Hopefully there will be a downloadable .blend some day, since burster advises to disable itself for the sake of security, I would prefer not to install it.
