Are there level changers from/to Pripyat/stadium/NPP/sarcophagus/NPP exterior by default resp. right from the beginning?

Played Oblivion Lost Ultimate Mod where you could enter NPP for the first time and immediately turn around and re-enter stadium as well as Pripyat/Redforest etc. You could walk further up to the roof at NPP exterior where the game usually ends and then turn and go back to Cordon or wherever. Was not possible with Stalker Complete. Possible with ZRP?

Just checked the wear-your-goddamn-helmet mod* with CoP Reloaded; did not test with any cutscene yet but 3rd person view works fine.

*in fact it is not more than just copying the provided outfit.ltx into a specific folder

imo the best Stalker games:
for Stalker beginners: CoP (Vanilla version)
for guys with Stalker experience: SoC (Oblivion Lost mod or Complete mod)
