That's actually one of Theoden's Royal Guards. And unless you're Grimbold or Gamling (both are royal guard captains), they don't and won't lead an attack, but are more or less behind their king, protecting him at all costs, even if it means death.

One year isn't enough for the development of this mod, seeing how beautifully rendered it is. So give Doc the time he needs to polish the mod, and don't bombard him with questions about the release date, but instead, give the guy some motivation by supporting him and his team. When this is released, I'm dead sure it shall have a place in the mod hall of fame.
Better than most models and textures used for games these days. *Cough* AC III *Cough*
Just.. amazing.
You can always change from DirectX 9 to DirectX 7, if you're in dire need of performance but doesn't mind the game looking ******.
This picture rustled my jimmies.
That's Bly. He's my favorite clone commander.
Sigh. To anyone having this problem, there's a solution which is good, but also bad. You can recruit Templars/Hospitallers/Knights of St. Lazarus/ etc. etc. by talking to the priest in your village's manor (after purchasing him, of course) and asking him to have an order visit the monastery. It costs a hefty amount of gold (10000 denars). But only one type of order can be called per manor. And you cannot change once you've chosen.
So I did the stupid mistake of choosing the normal Warband recruitment system, so now I can't recruit Templar/Hospitallers/Teutons from towns, unlike from the lance recruitment system. How do I recruit these guys from towns? I'm playing as a Templar and it sucks to see that the army following my character are ****** Latin knights.
