It is the bomber pictured in the image in the "Users" section of the Legends Mind Trick page on Wookieepedia. It's from the Jedi Academy Training Manual.

It is an anti-infantry quasi-infantry droid, similar to the Crab droid, but with more firepower, but less durability. I don't think burrowing can be implemented in EAW in any satisfactory way.

It is the Republic's anti-air unit in Star Wars: Galactic Battlegrounds. It was primarily based on the concept art available for it. Thus, it falls more in the obscure category, but at the same time, it's probably the best choice for a pure anti-air vehicle available right from the start (since AT-AAs would at best be very late Clone Wars units and Stuntanks are significantly more multi-purpose). The turret ends in a missile launcher and is the primary anti-air weapon. However it can't fire against ground targets, so the side cannons serve as its anti-ground unit weaponry.

I don't really have a list. I wanted to start out by making the Clone Wars units that appeared in the movies, but don't have any available models yet (LR-57, HAET-221 and the Platoon Attack Craft). Afterwards, it will mostly be more along the lines of what strikes my fancy, rather than a fixed list (though I do have a couple of units planned).
