I really wonder, what is the size of the nerf to Space Marines. I can't seem to be able to find it. Is it a small damage and armor nerf, or is it something really big? Can I get at least get some information (perhaps % based)

I am, including the RUN ability and the Fleet of Foot for Eldar/DE. I don't know whether their damage output will be weaker since the accuracy is lower, so I'm asking whether accuracy affects melee units.

I need to ask, perhaps this has been mentioned before, but how does Fleet of Foot affect the melee units of the Eldar/DE?
