I think I've found what happened. Long ago, I've set my Autosave file to read-only, disabling autosave (Pheonix Rising's save times are looong :D). Clearing the read-only flag on that file seemed to solve it, I'm playing a GC and several battles happened, no issue so far.

I'm also experiencing the map loading issue in GC. It happened several times, making GC unplayable. It seems to happen the second time a battle happens in a planet. First time space/land map loads fine, but second time it doesn't load. Has anyone found a workaround?
