FOC Alliance-Star Wars from the Clone Wars to GCE

This mod has great potential. It adds more units than any other mod, and I think when you do a GC with so many units and factions, you can feel the vastness of Star Wars. Unfortunatelly, as others pointed, this content was added for the sake of content. Most units aren't really useful, there doesn't seem to be a strategy other than "build uber unit and blow everything". Recently, I figured that, as the Rebels, it would be more efficient to simply place a battalion commander defending every planet, since it can call in free units indefinitely, so what's the point of the other units? Also, crashes. It is not fun to play for 30 minutes and then game crash when saving, losing all progress so far. Some will say it's an EaW thing, but I've seen other mods with a great amount of content and scripting doing just fine.
