Only thing about hip is her quest sucks and even if you try to do it there is a good chance she will die in one of the military raids. I personally like to have a little more variety in the zone but the way she is in there is.....kinda pointless?

You were asking for a mod to remove the bullet sponge enemies. You could look at this

Rifle rounds are rifle rounds, pistol rounds are pistol rounds. Any rifle round will deal decent damage and the more powerful the better, at least in terms of damage. Heavily armoured stalkers will still be bullet sponges for pistol rounds, but it at least makes sense.
