I'll probably get the next update by next week since I'm having final's week for my classes. If someone else from the mod doesn't decide to post them first that is...

Forgive me guys, but I have been away from the scene for over two months; this however, should prove to be good cause I believe you'll get a surge of updates. The BETA was said to be released this fall, however, it seems that the map is still in a n unplayable state, though it is getting closer to becoming one. In fact, I truly believe it is a few revisions away. I DON'T want to disappoint anymore, so I WON'T give a date when you guys can expect a BETA.

We're getting quite a few units done as you guys can see. I am happy also to report that our map is practically done in the sense that all factions are already on the map. So as one of our members has said, "we've done a lot, but we have a lot [to do].' Expect another unit preview really soon; I don't think I'm supposed to say anything yet, but I will give a small hint...they're units from Bohemia.

Yes, it will have a grand campaign and will begin on the year 1080AD. The end date is still under debate, but it will either be 1453 or 1492AD.

Like the mod, just hope for some new updates soon. I really hope this mod was used more though; for some reason there aren't a lot of people who play SSF.

Unfortunately, CA prohibits any modder from making money on their product. :(

We're working towards a beta for this fall and the final somewhere around Winter. Yes, you do need Kingdoms in order to play.

I'm not going to say you're wrong, but we have done nothing but research for the past two -almost 3 three years- on what settlements to include. You say Elgin is more important than Aberdeen than by all means give me the sources and I shall present them to the researchers. Perhaps, you're right and can actually make a difference. ;)

We have many requests for the music so we will probably be giving the links out closer to launch. ;)

Sorry for the extremely long update time, but you guys can be expecting a couple previews and quite a bit of eye candy. Expect some things in the next few days. ;)

Rebel areas are going to be quite interesting with the "Active Rebels" project we're introducing. You can bet that even if you conquer some rebels, doing it won't be as easy as before. ;)

We're currently working towards a Fall release date for the beta, but most likely you can find the complete version in early Winter. ;)

Guys, if you head over to the forums and go to the F.A.Q., it should answer a lot of the questions you're making, especially the ones concerning which factions are going to be included. ;)

Actually there's good news, Armenia will be available at the start date, so look forward to playing with them. :)

Sorry for the late answer, but I don't think we're going to be including Romania as country, as "wice20" has explained, it will be part of Hungary.

I believe Armenia is going to be released in future patches along with some other factions and goodies. :)

This uses kingdoms, yes.

The map does included North Africa, however, it doesn't include Asia; it stops just a bit past Baghdad.

Actually we have considered Bulgaria, but we later scrapped it because we didn't have anymore room; however, the team is considering on making later patches to the mod in which we'll add more factions. ;)

Thanks Mars, but yeah, we're now realizing that we have to speed everything up and just get it released; however, that doesn't mean we're going to sacrifice quality. :)
