Good riddance. The devs have done their part and the least you could do is do yours. what do you expect? Do you want the developers to come to your house and install and update it for you? Installing this was a breeze, updating is also simple.

I think it would depend on what "time" they actually release it, 21st of January is still 24 hours after all. For me though, January 21st is just over 9 ours away lol, so it would be released here the "latest" in any case. Bloody GMT+12.
You should only have one file (assuming your CoH is patched to 2.601/latest) and that is the Zombie Christmas Beta .exe file. Just double click it, It should be quite straight-forward if you have installed almost anything before. If anyone is still struggling, if memory serves the first thing that comes up after opening the .exe is finding your destination folder, I think it should already have the default CoH installation path, it's the folder where RelicCoH.exe should be located.
Feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
Also, I'm in support of no more small betas. You will have either people complaining it's not done, or (some) people complaining it's not done well, to me it would not be worth the effort, but that is only my opinion.
I never knew him personally but of course I knew his work. Such a tragic loss. My condolences to his family and friends.

Of course you can, you could name a map Pluto and have infantry running around on it if you really wanted. :P All units in skirmish/multiplayer work with all maps in skirmish/multiplayer.

By the way, I actually had beta 2 working with 2.601 to some extent by editing some of the .module, but some things were still missing as I didn't really know what I was doing o.O perhaps you could release a fix of sorts as was done for BotB or get someone to? Just a suggestion so people have something to play.
