Is there a way to recruit evil men other than rescuing or recruiting them after you took them as prisoners?

I've tried that, and it didn't change anything apart from message saying that I have changed my culture to <Faction name> X( .. I spoken to other guy that also changes the culture where you gotta pay 200,000 , but it only changes the recruitment of the nobles and not the one from the village X(

I'm really enjoying your mod. But after I have created my own kingdom, I can only recruit Persino troops from town or Castle you conquered. Is it possible to recruit units from other factions through towns or Castles?? Or it's not possible? :(

Actually they apologized for what they did. That is why Japanese are paying those huge amount of Money to Chinese and Koreans. There were a bit of trouble about the history book used in Japan like err..40~30? years ago but they've changed it and used more words like "invasions", "colonies", "annexation" , "massacre" etc... Also you can find information about Nanjing massacre in Japanese Website. Some says that didn't happen etc.. but those are just weird right-wing party people. Anyway we shouldn't really talk about those stuff here this is for mod comment. If you like to continue about this then comment it on my profile.

..You realised humans are part of animals too? Which means Japanese are animals as well as Australian, Americans, Korean etc... If you're calling Japanese are animal because they raped and did massacre then probably same goes to other country too. We all killed and raped it's a part of a war...

Hello, I live in Japan but I'm not Japanese. I was born in Japan but I'm Korean (yeah i know it's kinda confuse you). I can Speak English and Japanese but not Korean cause I'm 4th Generation born in Japan which our Korean Lang kinda died out lol. Lot's people accept me as Japanese though lol.
