Yeah of course,when arrested you will have several options like this to add to roleplay and also w affect going to real prison,paying lawyers,bribe etc etc,..

The way you can emulate it is by having a couple real estate offices. Have the realtor sitting at his desk and Niko sitting across from it. The menu should display at this point, showing you purchasable assets with and image accompanying each one. For the "tour" button, you should teleport Niko outside of the property, have Niko explore the property, and have a realtor following him around(maybe displaying text of what the property consists of).
