This mod will be a complete overhaul of Fallout 3(previously Oblivion), so please be patient. I'm making this mod for myself and others to enjoy; and it will take some time however it will be worth the wait. -Features as much as the world as I can possibly do. -It will most likely be done on a per chapter basis so people can play asap. -Voice acting is doubtful, but that's not to say it never will be in the game. -To build upon the fantastic work of Sir Terry Pratchett.

Hello everyone
After a long absence i have begun work on this once again, and in the process I've switched over to the better G.E.C.K. tools from fallout 3.
What does this mean for me?
Well it means that with the improvements in the mod tools i can achieve things which i wasn't able to do well enough in Oblivion.
Why come back to the mod now?
Well if im truthfully honest after watching Sir Terry give his Dimbleby Lecture 'Shaking Hands with Death' I was inspired to come back to this mod and finish what I started with all the new skills I've learned.
When can we expect it?
I'm aiming for a October/September release, 2010.

so will this change the actual capital wastland, or just have some portal leading to it?
You will be in the wasteland briefly at the start then you wont see it again till the mod is over. It will be a completely new zone.

Hi Ramb082, everything has been ported as much as possible to Fallout 3. You wont need any of the expansions, just Fallout 3 patched to the latest version.

hey i have a mod idea for you that i think would be really cool. say you beat the game. a few years go by where your person becomes emperor and leads tamriel. but then your person makes mistakes that lead to the destruction of tamriel. you are sent back in time to kill yourself b4 this is aloud to happen. you appear a cell over from that one ******* at the beginning. then you have to become stronger than your past self and defeat him
