Reviews
Brutal Quake.
Pros:
-Improved gore system
-New weapon designs look great (took the SG and SSG and put them in my main Quake mod file)
-Attention to detail with visuals and environment
Cons:
-Runs on the Darkplaces engine so have fun trying to get this to run with anything else
-The corona intensity is AIDs and needs to be turned down. You can't see anything otherwise
-"Player on fire" system was a stupid idea and the fact they have the option to disable it means they knew it as well
-Awful bossfights that are a grind
-A Xen-tier ending on the second half of the final boss. Absolute trash in every sense of the word and I hated just about every second of it
