its kinda boring to just not do much in the game when the whole world just takes forever to get any resources because china just wants the gosh darn soldiers mobilized instantly so nothing ever comes

(as in latvia can end up having more soldiers than ******* india in the start according to this i suppose)

Any way to fix this problem? as in can i spawn stuff to the world economy or?
