Thank you for feedback! The 'Shiny wall' you were talking about, It's supposed to be a stained glass that you can break, I must of overlooked it. I will fix them when I can.

Did you interact with the NPCs? Because they give you items that you need to progress. I should of make that clear you can talk to them, so that is my fault. I'll try make it more clear for these things, when I update it.

Hi there, glad you enjoyed! The voice that is going to help you was actually supposed to be a woman sitting there in the middle, I forgot to change the sprite name which I thought I did. After the fight, you were meant to meet her in the hub level with the building locked by the blue glowing doors. I guess I should make that a bit more clear.

The part about shields, I'm guessing you mean that there is a lack of armour pickups in the maps and I might have to lower the axe damage from Axe Throwers.

Sorry about that, I did try to make sure each map has a good amount of health and ammo. I did notice myself that I overlooked a few problems, mainly as there were a lot of things to focus on which made me forget others. But thanks for your feedback!

Haven't thought of that. I doubt it will be accepted to idgames as it is over 50mb. And for ZDoom I never used it before.

If you mean how to start the mod, you drag the pk3 file to the application (such as gzdoom.exe or zandronum.exe) and select doom 2.

Thanks for the feedback! And yeah the imp is a bit too small as I was trying to distinguish the imp as a female enemy, but i'll try tweaking it if I have the chance.

For your first map, I say it is a good effort. Though it was short and lacking detail, at least you did something that you were proud of. For advice I say experiment with heights, lighting and sector effects, even look at the doom maps for inspiration to see what they did in game and in the editor.

And unless you have seen this already, this video might help and get you a good start on mapping. Hope this helps. Youtube.com
