With Win 10, trying to install Lost Alpha 1.4007 placed all in one folder clicked setup and get a reply that it needs a disk, what disk there is no disk, I have downloaded these files three times, what the hell is wrong with this game.

Where is the heads up display, also game crashed in the Cordon walking under bridge where the overtuned jeep is, cant post error, dont know where the log files are.

Is there anywhere I can download the original SGM 2.1 Gamedata folder without the all in ones, I dont like the graphics or the weather in the all in ones, mine is giving errors, so I need another Gamedata, any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for your reply, the errors were from the early version,
no fatal error in the log, just REFDEV1. I see that the issue is quite well known and has been mentioned elsewhere, I would assume DEZ already is aware of it, I am now playing the developer release, and so far no issues.

Just downloaded the Developers cut, tried to open with winrar and I
get files are corrupted, and will not unpack.

Hi David.

Done a lot of searching, are you aware if the Lost Alpha generator
crashes have been resolved? I am in x2 and I get crashes every 2 minutes or so, I am using the lowest settings possible, dont really want to start the game again knowing that this is going to happen in the end.
Would appreciate help if possible.

Installed in Windows 7 Gamedata/Bin files in COP folder, patch installed, running as Administrator, Game starts, tried to quicksave F5
Game freezes stopping X-RAY 1.6 has stopped working, I don't know whether
it could be the KB2670838 update issue. here are the last few lines of the log
stack trace:

I have just installed SGM 2.1 all in one on windows 7, and everytime I try to hard save the computer goes off on one as if it is trying to crash,
the same thing happens when I try to reload a previous save, I can quicksave ok. any thoughts that might help please.thanks.

I hate having to play these Stalker mods with the default jump
height of 2", the SGM 2.1 I just uninstalled had the same actor ltx
file as this one, I tried to modify it and it made no difference, the
original SGM 2.1 i was able to modify so I tried that file in the game
I uninstalled and it crashed, so my question is how do I modify this actor
ltx so I can jump higher. please help if you can.

Excellent, hope you enjoyed it, as you have obviously finished
the mod would you kindly tell me how you removed COP db files,
what programme you used, and please describe how you managed this?
as my extractors dont work, the output window always tells me that
the area to extract to is unsupported, which programme? where can
I find it, it would help no end, this programme should have been included with the mod. thanks.

David has mentioned in the past that SGM 2.1 is more stable
than 2.2, so if you wish to play again, go for 2.1 because he
is right, one other thing you can try (although it's a pain
in the a**) is to restart the task from when you are given it by Hermann, the artifacts may then spawn correctly,

I did have an issue at one time of transporting myself to
the anomalous grove in Jupiter the unknown artifact would
flash up on the detector and then dissapear making it unattainable, I of course could not complete the task, the only other thing I can think of in your case is to wait for
an emission in Pripyat and then try again it may then spawn,
Although unlikely.

the fallen tree is over to right of the area you exit the game via the helicopters,
there are two alcoves on the side of the Kindergarten, one of them,
there is a circular wooden pacebo? north of the service centre, look to the north of that,
the pit by the glowing vine,
the anomalous area south of the launderette,
the area where you first go to locate the signal underground
of strelok,
the area where there is a lot of fire in the pit,
I hope this is of some help to you. these artifacts can only be found in the three main areas, these are for sgm 2.1.
I dont think as I remember they are different in 2.2.in this area

Have you looked in the area on the edge of the minefield in Jupitor,? between the helicopter and minefield, or the tunnel west
of the container warehouse?

Thanks for your reply, most of what I have seen with Google
are individuals acting out Stalking at various locations, I have not yet searched GSC, Most of my pics came from the Real
Pripyat site, there are many of the reactor area including the
elephants foot below the damaged reactor, definitely need an
Ecoskeleton suit down there.

I have managed to find about ten real locations for Call of Pripyat
the pictures I have are true to the game, have you managed to find
locations to any of the other games ; Clear Sky, or Shadow of Chernobyl,
the pics I have do not feature the Reactor area, just Pripyat.

Installed the Mod pack over Lost Alpha 1.3003 and I am carrying out the scientists task with the Monolith, got this error whilst moving areas:
